We have an idea similar to freelancer.pk where employers post jobs and people who seeks work the apply and offer their bids, and employer assigns task after taking interview.
In our Idea, we propose to make a website which will have different ideas of business and investment will be shown on site. An investor who has no way to invest his money, he can approach us, where we provide him with the investment details and profit which he will earn. He doesn't have to be involved practically in business, he is just concerned to his profit.
Our role in the business will be that we take investment from the investor and assign a third party to do the job, or what ever business they want to do. He will general profit out of it, and pay the commission to us, where we will keep our commission and pay the rest to investor.
This concept of business is called Cross Unity where a central authority manages all departments. The departments may consist of an Idea developer whose nature of jobs will be to come up with such ideas of business in which investor will be willing to invest his money. There will be a department which will deal the finance related work i-e to work out over the proposed idea and make details of investment required and set the profit rate of all related parties. Another department which will be related to Quality assurance, and deals with hiring of trusted people who will do the job for us and also to visit the site of work. And one department will consist of all the workers for different nature of work.
